Failure and principle of reversing valve in concrete batching plant

The failures of the reversing valve of the concrete mixing station include: the valve cannot be reversed or the reversing action is slow, gas leakage, and the electromagnetic pilot valve is faulty.

1) The reversing valve cannot be reversed or the reversing action is slow, which is generally caused by poor lubrication, the spring is stuck or damaged, and the sliding part is stuck by oil or impurities. In this regard, you should first check whether the lubricator works normally; whether the viscosity of the lubricating oil is appropriate. If necessary, replace the lubricating oil, clean the sliding part of the reversing valve, or replace the spring and reversing valve.

2) After the reversing valve is used for a long time, the valve core sealing ring is prone to wear and the valve stem and valve seat are damaged, resulting in the leakage of gas in the valve, the slow movement of the valve or the failure of normal reversing. At this time, the sealing ring, valve stem and valve seat should be replaced, or the reversing valve should be replaced.

3) If the inlet and exhaust holes of the electromagnetic pilot valve are blocked by sludge and other debris, the sealing is not strict, the movable iron core is stuck, and the circuit is faulty, etc., all of which may cause the reversing valve to fail to change direction normally. For the first three cases, the sludge and impurities on the pilot valve and the movable iron core should be cleaned. Circuit faults are generally divided into two categories: control circuit faults and electromagnetic coil faults. Before checking the circuit fault, turn the manual knob of the reversing valve a few times to see if the reversing valve can be reversed normally under the rated air pressure. If it can be reversed normally, the circuit is faulty. During inspection, the voltage of the coil of the electromagnetically stabilized soil mixing station can be measured with an instrument to see if the rated voltage is reached. If the voltage is too low, the power supply in the control circuit and the associated travel switch circuit should be further checked. If the reversing valve cannot be reversed normally under the rated voltage, check whether the connector (plug) of the solenoid coil is loose or not in solid contact. The method is to unplug the plug and measure the resistance of the coil (generally between a few hundred ohms and a few thousand ohms). If the resistance is too large or too small, the electromagnetic coil is damaged and should be replaced.

Pneumatic auxiliary components failure The main failures of pneumatic auxiliary components are: oil mist device failure, automatic sewage device failure, muffler failure and so on.

The faults of the lubricator are: the adjustment amount of the adjustment needle is too small, the oil circuit is blocked, and the pipeline leaks, etc., which will prevent the liquid oil droplets from being atomized. In this regard, the blockage and air leakage should be dealt with in time, and the amount of oil dripping should be adjusted to about 5 drops/min. During normal use, the oil level in the oil-concrete mixing cup should be kept within the upper and lower limits. The moisture deposited on the bottom of the oil cup should be removed in time.

The equipment of the concrete batching plant is divided into four parts: sand and gravel feeding, powder feeding (cement, fly ash, expansion agent, etc.) feeding, water and admixture feeding, transmission mixing and storage. After the mixer control system is powered on, Enter the operation interface of the human-machine dialogue, and the system performs initialization processing, including formula number, concrete grade, slump, production volume and so on. According to the weighing, each silo and weighing hopper are detected, and the empty or full signal is output to prompt the operator to determine whether to start the stirring control program. Start the sand and stone belt motor to feed into the measuring hopper; open the butterfly valve of the fly ash and cement tank, start the screw machine motor to transport the fly ash and cement to the measuring hopper; open the control valve of the water silo and the admixture pool to make the water and external The agent flows into the metering bucket. After the metering meets the set requirements, the metering bucket door is opened, and the ingredients enter the mixer that has been started to mix and mix. When the time is set, the mixer door is opened, and the concrete enters the mixer truck that has received the material.
