Concrete mixing station is an indispensable large-scale construction machinery in certain occasions. We can not just use it uninterruptedly in the process of use, but need to conduct an inspection on the equipment before each use, and today Smart machinery will introduce the items that must be checked before the concrete batching plant is used.
(1) Check the wear and fixation of all wire ropes. The wire ropes are fixed reliably and should be replaced if they are seriously worn.
(2) Check whether the water pump is filled with reference water, whether the flush valve is closed, and whether the pipeline is clean and smooth.
(3) Check whether the cement weighing hopper discharge door and mixer discharge door are closed flexibly and reliably.
(4) Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each lubricating point and gear box.
(5) Check the gap between the mixer blade and the lining plate to keep it in good condition all the time, which is very important to prolong the service life of the mixer.
(6) Check whether the air compressor self-protection device is reliable and whether the air pressure is stable at about 0.7MPa.
(7) Check whether each electrical device is safe and reliable, check whether each travel switch is flexible and reliable, especially whether the lifting limit of the hopper is reliable.
