The following issues should be considered in the general plane design of the concrete batching plant:
1. Rainwater removal. From the perspective of the whole plant, the entire plant area should be an inclined plane to ensure that the rainwater and the sedimentation water of the material yard can be gathered together and used after precipitation. It is particularly emphasized that the road must have a slope to ensure that the rainwater can flow away quickly. On a flat road, the road will sink and water will accumulate. After the water accumulates, the road will sink more easily under the rolling of heavy-duty vehicles, forming a vicious circle. The road will be damaged in a short period of time.
2. The sand and gravel stockpiling site should be divided into multiple rooms by partition walls, and the ground of each room should have a certain slope to ensure that the water seeping out of the sand and gravel material can flow out and collect. In the sand and gravel yard, each material is stored separately, and the materials in use and the new materials are stored separately. It should be avoided that the materials are used at the same time and mixed.
3. Vehicle operation. The material in and out of the mixing station is large, and most of them are transported by large vehicles. It is necessary to ensure that the vehicles run smoothly without hindering each other. The best solution is to use two doors for feeding and discharging. If one door is used, the factory door should be wide. The main road should be wide, and space should be reserved for carts to turn and make U-turns. The position of the weighbridge should be reasonable, leaving a long enough straight-line distance before and after the weighbridge to ensure that the heavy-duty vehicle and the empty vehicle can be weighed smoothly. For sand and stone yard, it is necessary to consider the convenience of entering and exiting and unloading of carts.
4. Passages should be left around the main equipment to facilitate crane maintenance.
5. Set up a special car washing position. After the concrete truck is loaded, immediately drive out of the loading position to the special car washing position, without delaying the loading of other vehicles, which is beneficial to increase the hourly output of the mixer.
6. The floor of the parking space under the mixer should have a certain slope, and the sewage from cleaning the mixer and the ground can be automatically collected; the material leakage during the production process, the material discharged from the inspection of the quality, and the residual material after the laboratory inspection, need to consider the treatment plan in a unified manner.
