Before starting up: do all kinds of inspections and make full preparations for starting up
1. Check whether the anchor bolts are tightened, especially the mixing blade surface of the mixer and the blade surface of each silo vibrator.
2. Check whether the belt idler has missing areas, and whether each rotating part is sufficiently moistened. The rolling bearings of the mixer should be oiled once every four hours during work, and once every three days to a week in other areas.
3. Whether the wires and cables are damaged by electricity, the general equipment needs to be shut down every week to check whether the screws of the household appliances are tightened and whether the cables are damaged. The electrical equipment and control boxes must be solidly grounded. . The total grounding wire is generally less than 1.5 meters to 2 meters deep. The inverter proposes an independent grounding device. When grounding, irrigate physiological saline at the grounding wire to improve the actual effect of the grounding device.
4. Check whether each feeding belt is deviated in direction, whether the feeding silo door is stuck, and whether the cement silo gate valve is open. If it is closed, it will be opened before starting the machine. Generally, one side of the cement tank material door should be opened less than 20 cm (20 cm), that is, the concrete material door should be opened 40 cm larger.
5. Check whether the material is sufficient and whether the water is unobstructed. If there is air supply, check whether the air compressor is working normally, and whether the power switch of the feeding door is smooth.
When the machine is turned on: The actual operating staff shall perform their duties without authorization.
1. Turn on the main switch power supply, the main power button is connected, and the indicator light is on. The bell rings to remind surrounding people to avoid the machine and equipment. Generally, people are required to be 2 meters away from the machine and equipment before starting the machine. It is forbidden to stand under the flat and inclined belt conveyors (to avoid the buffer rollers bursting out and hitting them during operation). Pay attention to whether there are some people on or in the mixer and on the flat belt. If there are people, it is forbidden to turn on the machine.
2. Turn on the main switch of each separate power supply except the frequency conversion adjustment, turn on the computer display screen, the desktop computer host, and the pulse modulator switch power supply. When the computer shows the enterprise interface, press any key on the keyboard, usually press the space character to enter the machine equipment operation software interface. Press the control button of the variable frequency governor to "OFF", and turn on the switching power supply of the feeding drive belt of each variable frequency adjustment; turn on the switching power supply of the screw conveyor and the water variable frequency controller on the cement silo; check whether the ammeter indicates that everything is normal 380V± 5%. Press the total run button. Turn on the air compressor and wait for the working pressure to be specified.
3. Turn on successively: inclined belt conveyor-mixer-flat belt conveyor-rotate four frequency-converted-adjusted feeding belt conveyors, concrete frequency-converted spiral type, and turn on the centrifugal water pump when the material is transferred to the corner of the flat-belt conveyor. Shutdown should first stop the material and water, then turn off the switching power supply successively, and finally turn off the computer, the pulse modulator, and the computer display screen.
4. When the water needs to be discharged, turn the water frequency conversion control knob to adjust the water flow. It is forbidden to use forklifts, excavators, etc. to load materials immediately without passing through the feeding bin. The large and small pieces of Panyu rocks on the aggregate silo should be removed on time.
5. When the stone blanking is not enough, the speed ratio of the transmission belt is too fast, and it is very easy to throw the material. At this time, the blanking bin door can be enlarged. When there is too much blanking, the speed ratio of the transmission belt is very slow, and the door of the blanking bin can be closed. When using fully automatic, if the transmission belt runs too fast due to empty material, press the F1 key and then press F1 again to turn it on. That is, keep pressing F1 twice. Try to avoid using the vibrator. The vibrator cannot be pressed for a long time. It is forbidden to press the vibrator when the feeding door is closed and press the vibrator for an empty material for a long time.
6. When everything is feeding normally, observe whether the buffer idler does not rotate, and immediately replace or repair if there is an abnormality; press the direction change when life safety occurs; usually, it is not possible to press the direction change, because the transmission belt is smelly after pressing the direction change. , causing slippage to block the mixer.
7. When the mixer is accidentally removed, it is necessary to remove the raw materials in the mixer and restart it. Do not run the mixer with material.
