The host of the mixing station should be cleaned at least once within a working cycle. After the daily production is completed, the main machine of the mixing station should be cleaned in an all-round way. The method is: during the cleaning process, put water and a small amount of gravel into the main mixing machine and stir for 5-10 minutes. After cleaning, all the materials in the machine should be cleaned Clear, there should be no water or material accumulation; clean the pipeline after shutting down the machine, and clean the dust and adhered concrete inside and outside the mixing tank. Under normal circumstances, about 130-160kg of water is added to the JS1000 mixing main engine. Other models and specifications of the main engine can be adjusted accordingly, or you can bring your own high-pressure water pump for cleaning.
When cleaning the material door of the mixing main engine, it is necessary to prevent the accumulation of material under the upper end of the flushing from causing foreign matter to be stuck in the material door. During the mixing process, if the concrete transport vehicle is not in place for a long time (more than 20-30 minutes, especially in summer), water should be added to the mixer for simple cleaning.
During the normal production and manufacturing period of the environmental protection mixing plant equipment, the condensation of the concrete in the mixing drum and on the stirring shaft should be regularly maintained. If there is condensation, it should be removed manually as required. Before manually cleaning the mixing drum, the power supply and air circuit must be disconnected, the residual air must be released, and the main control room must be locked; when manually cleaning the mixing drum, it is forbidden to strongly beat the stirring shaft, stirring arm and stirring blade.
