Symptoms:
Whether there is material in the powder tank or not, the material level gauge will show that there is material.
Cause Analysis:
When the powder in the powder tank is covered with the material level gauge, the rotary vane of the material level gauge is resisted and stops rotating. At this time, the material level gauge gives a signal of material. When the rotating blade of the material level machine has too much sticky material to a certain extent or the gap between the rotating blade and the mounting seat is too small and the card is issued, the material level gauge cannot rotate, and the material level gauge will output a material signal. In addition, if the wiring of the level gauge is wrong or the level gauge is damaged, an error signal will also be sent.
Processing process:
1. Remove the material level gauge and clean up the powder standing on the rotating blade.
2. Check whether the gap between the rotating blade and the mounting seat cover is sufficient, if it is too small, it needs to be dealt with.
3. Check whether the wiring of the level gauge is correct.
4. Dismantle the electrification test to determine whether the material level gauge is damaged.
