How to avoid leakage of concrete mixing plant
1. To distinguish whether the line is really leaking.
You can use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the line, or connect an ammeter to the main switch, and connect all the mixing plant equipment without turning on the equipment. If the pointer of the ammeter swings, it indicates that the line is leaking.
2. Distinguish whether it is the leakage between the phase line and the neutral line or the leakage between the phase line and the earth, or both.
The way to distinguish is to cut off the neutral line, or if the ammeter indication remains unchanged, it is the leakage between the phase line and the earth; if the ammeter indication is zero, it is the leakage between the phase line and the neutral line; if the ammeter indication becomes smaller but not zero, then Indicates both.
3. Determine leakage plan.
Take off the shunt fuse or open the knife switch. If the ammeter indication remains unchanged, it means the bus leakage; if the ammeter indication is zero, it means the shunt leakage; All leakage.
4. Find the leakage point.
After the above inspection, turn on the switch of the line lamps in turn. When a certain switch is turned on, if the ammeter indicator returns to zero, it means that the branch line is leaking electricity. If the ammeter indicator becomes smaller, it indicates that there is leakage in other places besides the branch line leakage. Or use a test pen to test in sections. By reducing the search size in turn, the leakage point can be found.
