Symptoms:
After the mixer finishes unloading the material, the unloading door closes, but there is no door signal, causing the program to stop running.
Cause Analysis:
The distance between the mixer discharge door proximity switch and the turning handle pointer on the discharge door should not exceed 5mm to sense the signal. When the discharge door does not meet the requirements due to the pressure of the oil pump or the discharge door is stuck by the residual material in the mixer when it is closed, the proximity switch does not approach the handle pointer and there is no signal. The proximity switch or the handle pointer is loose, making the approach When the distance exceeds 5mm, the proximity switch cannot sense the signal. If the proximity switch is damaged, there will be no signal output.
Processing process:
1. Check whether the working pressure of the hydraulic system of the discharge door meets the requirements
2. Switch to manual, open the discharge door of the mixer, let the stuck residue fall off, and then close it.
3. Check whether the proximity switch and the handle pointer are loose.
4. Check whether the proximity switch is damaged.
